Day 324 – Out in Knutsford

On this evening hubby and I went for a meal out in Knutsford. It was the first time since we moved, that we went out in town.

Knutsford is a very nice town, full of lovely restaurants and shops. The photo below was taken while we were walking around the streets, looking for a place to eat.

Day 16 – King Canute, who forded the Lily Stream

Knutsford is a lovely Georgian Market Town situated in Cheshire. Today’s pictures were taken on one of its main roads. We were on our way back from booking our Christmas Meal when I noticed their beautiful Christmas lights and decided to stop to take a picture.

I couldn’t decide which I liked best so decided to post two pictures one in colour and one monochrome! Which one you prefer?

Day 7 – Wich Town

Today’s picture is of Northwich town centre. It has changed a lot from what it used to be just a few years ago. Some shops have closed, new ones have opened but quite a few still lay empty. Will the British High Street survive? Only time will tell.
