Sorry for spamming your feed but I would like to finish all my posts by tomorrow. I hope to do 5 more tomorrow and be done with my Project 365 by the end of the year.
The 15th of November we were told that the work’s Christmas Party will be held at the Manchester Art Gallery. Everyone all the girls were really excited! It was a chance for us to put on a nice dress and getting our hair and make up done!
I got a year subscription to Country Living magazine thanks to a rewards card. I got my first copy on day 337 and it came just in time; it has some pretty ideas for Christmas. I can’t wait until the first of December and I can start getting the house looking all Christmassy 🙂
Today I received a box full of goodies from Peru. It is a late Christmas present from my family and it has lots of my favourites things like Panettone, Peruvian chocolates, cookies and some cooking ingredients which can only be bought in Peru. I am a very happy lady 🙂
I got this little tree a couple of weeks before Christmas. It is only about 20-30 cm tall and it is potted. I got it for my desk at work and it is still looking very healthy! I will be taking down my Christmas decorations tomorrow. I can’t believe Christmas has come and gone in a blink of an eye. I am already planning some holidays to get me out of the Winter blues.
This is my last Christmas related post within my Project 365.
I took this picture yesterday. I stayed away from my laptop as it was time to be spent with family.
Yesterday was a day full of happiness. I am very blessed to have married into a beautiful loving family. From the very first day they met me they treated me as part of their own. I miss my family in Peru every day, especially at Christmas but I have a great loving family here in the UK.
My picture was taken as we were getting ready to have our Christmas meal. Hope you had a wonderful Christmas!
Tonight we had our Christmas meal which we booked a couple of weeks ago. A couple was running a little late that by the time we sat down, I was very hungry. I was so hungry that I completely forgot to take any pictures of the very delicious food.
Tonight, I want to share one of the top things I love and that is… spending time with friends. My picture for today is of all us sat around the table having a good time.
My friend Edel gave me this for my birthday a few weeks ago. She lives in Dublin and don’t get to see her very often. We met at university and have been friends now for quite a few years. She is absolutely amazing and I love this beautiful present.
Tonight husband and I went to The Lowry to see a White Christmas. It is a beautiful play and we both enjoyed it. I loved the message and in those nights I can’t sleep, I will count my blessings instead of sheep.
Tonight I took a couple of pictures that I would like to share with you.
Finally after a lot of good fun work, I have finished decorating my tree and the rest of my living room. I have also managed to tidy the one single corner ready for the picture! 😉
Husband always insists on adding more colour to our tree but with quite strong colourful walls in our living room, I don’t think it would make a good combination. I did say to him that next year he can decorate the tree. (I’ve been promising this for a couple of years)
