Last Tuesday I attempted making a dessert for the first time in a very long time. I have been so busy lately that all the cooking has been done by my lovely husband. The desert I made was Raspberry Eton Mess. It was very easy to make and once I found the lid for my food mixer, it was complete in only a few minutes. (I tried whisking by hand but after nearly half an hour, I hadn’t gotten very far!)
