Last Friday hubby and I went to the Trafford Centre to get myself a dress for a friend’s wedding. Our friends are getting married next Saturday at the Eden Project in Cornwall. We are very much looking forward to it especially since it has been a while since we’ve been away.
I did not manage to find a dress that I liked but we had some really nice food at one of my favourite restaurants. Tampopo is a restaurant that offer delicious dishes from East Asia. I have tried different dishes but my favourite is Yaki Udon. Their recipe seems to have changed a little since the last time we were there but it was still delicious. Hubby had Khao Soi (chicken breast and yellow noodles in a red curry sauce) which was very tasty but a little too spicy for me. Here is a photo of the Yaki Udon 🙂
