I am off work this week so I decided to do some of the cooking. I don’t cook very often as most of the dishes I know are Peruvian and they usually take a few hours. I cook from scratch preparing my ingredients and making my own sauces. Today it took me nearly two hours to get tea ready. I started at 5:30pm and by the time I was finished hubby was starving. The dish I made today is called ‘Aji de Gallina’, it is made with yellow Peruvian chillies, chicken, bread, milk, onions and garlic. Served with rice and potatoes.
The dish was quite tasty but not as good as when my mom’s makes it. I will keep trying though!
